    Hilary Lipka is an instructor in the Religious Studies Department at the University of New Mexico. She is the author of Sexual Transgression in the Hebrew Bible (Sheffield Phoenix Press, 2006).

    Ina Lipkowitz Lecturer,  Massuchusetts Institute of Technology

    Ina Lipkowitz is a lecturer in the Department of Literature at MIT where she teaches literature and biblical studies. She is the author of Words to Eat By: Five Foods and the Culinary History of the English Language (St. Martin’s Press, 2011). She is also involved in interfaith education and works with temples, churches, and mosques, introducing Jews, Christians, and Muslims to each other's faiths.

    M. David Litwa PhD,  Institute for Religion and Critical Inquiry (ACU Melbourne)

    M. David Litwa, PhD, is a scholar of ancient Mediterranean religions with a focus on early Christianity. He has taught courses at the University of Virginia (Religion and Classics), the College of William & Mary (Classics), and Virginia Tech (Religion and Culture). His current appointment is at the Institute for Religion and Critical Inquiry (ACU Melbourne). He is a member of the steering committee of the Bible, Myth, and Myth Theory Group at the Society of Biblical Literature. His recent publications include How the Gospels Became History: Jesus and Mediterranean Myth (Yale University Press, 2019), Desiring Divinity (Oxford University Press, 2016), and Iesus Deus: The Early Christian Depiction of Jesus as a Mediterranean God (Fortress, 2014).

    William Loader, is Professor Emeritus of New Testament at Murdoch University, Perth, Australia. One of his major research areas has been attitudes towards sexuality in early Judaism and the New Testament. Major publications on the theme include: The New Testament on Sexuality (Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 2012); Philo, Josephus, and the Testaments on Sexuality: Attitudes towards Sexuality in the Writings of Philo, Josephus, and the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs (Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 2011); The Pseudepigrapha on Sexuality: Attitudes towards Sexuality in Apocalypses, Testaments, Legends, Wisdom, and Related Literature (Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 2011).
