    Troy M. Troftgruben is the William A. and John E. Wagner Professor of Biblical Theology and Associate Professor of New Testament at Wartburg Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. His research interests are Luke and Acts, early church communities, narrative studies, and Matthew’s Gospel. Troy is the author of “Slow Sailing in Acts” (Journal of Biblical Literature, 2017) and A Conclusion Unhindered: A Study of the Ending of Acts Within Its Literary Environment (Mohr Siebeck, 2010).
