    Christopher A. Frilingos Associate Professor,  Michigan State University

    Christopher A. Frilingos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Religious Studies at Michigan State University. He writes and teaches about biblical literature and early Christianity. His latest book is Jesus, Mary, and Joseph: Family Trouble in the Infancy Gospels (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2017). Some of his research into early Christian stories about the holy family appears online in The Conversation, including, “How Parenthood Has Changed How I Read Ancient Stories of Joseph and Mary’s Relationship with Jesus” (December 12, 2017)

    Serge Frolov Associate Professor,  Southern Methodist University

    Serge Frolov is associate professor of religious studies and Nate and Ann Levine Endowed Chair in Jewish Studies at Dedman College, Southern Methodist University. He is the author of The Turn of the Cycle: 1 Samuel 1-8 in Synchronic and Diachronic Perspectives (de Gruyter, 2004) and Judges (Eerdmans, 2013) and of more than 200 articles. He is editor of the journal Hebrew Studies.

    Wil Gafney Associate Professor,  Brite Divinity School

    Wil Gafney is associate professor of Hebrew Bible at Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. She is the author of Daughters of Miriam: Women Prophets in Ancient Israel (Fortress, 2008) and coeditor of The Peoples' Bible (Fortress, 2008) and The Peoples' Companion to the Bible (Fortress, 2010). Her volumes Womanist Midrash (Westminster John Knox) and Nahum, Habakkuk and Zephaniah (Liturgical Press) are forthcoming.

    Rabbi Joshua Garroway is associate professor of early Christianity and the Second Commonwealth at the Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion in Los Angeles. He is the author of Paul’s Gentile-Jews: Neither Jew nor Gentile, but Both (Palgrave-Macmillan, 2012).
